These Terms of Service govern your use of the Epic Consulting website and your communications with us. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
About us
Epic Consulting is a business acquisition and small-business consulting firm based in 5441 S Macadam Ave, Ste R, Portland, OR 97239. You can reach us at service@epic-consulting.co.
What this site is for
This site provides information about our acquisition criteria and consulting services, and lets you book a confidential discovery call. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy a business, a valuation, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Any offer we make follows a signed agreement and our own due diligence.
Booking a call
When you book a discovery call you provide your name, email, phone number and information about your business. We use it to prepare for and conduct that conversation, and to follow up with you about it. Information you share about your business is treated as confidential.
SMS and messaging terms

Program description. Epic Consulting sends text messages about appointments you have booked with us — confirmations, reminders, reschedules — and, where you have separately agreed, occasional updates relevant to selling or transitioning out of a business.

How you opt in. We only text you if you gave your mobile number and checked the consent box on one of our forms. Consent boxes are unchecked by default, and consent to marketing messages is requested separately from consent to appointment messages. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of booking a call or of doing business with us.

Message frequency. Appointment messages are sent as needed around a booking. Any non-appointment messages are infrequent — expect no more than 4 per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also email service@epic-consulting.co.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with any third party for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use this site or our messaging for any unlawful purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
