This policy explains what Epic Consulting collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your business that you enter on a booking or contact form. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, through standard website analytics.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and — only where you have separately consented — send occasional relevant updates. Information you share about your business is treated as confidential and used solely to assess fit and prepare for our conversations.

Text messaging and consent

We text you only if you provided your mobile number and checked the applicable consent box on one of our forms. Consent boxes are unchecked by default, and consent for marketing messages is collected separately from consent for appointment-related messages. Consent to receive text messages is never required in order to book a call or work with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers that operate our booking and messaging systems on our behalf, strictly to deliver those messages.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who host our site, calendar and CRM, and only so they can provide those services, and where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, and delete or anonymise them after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of messages at any time. Email service@epic-consulting.co.
