Our Wish List

Founder or Family Run: We find that our approach resonates the most with a founder or family run company that is looking for the right long-term home for their business

Company Size: From one to fifty employees, we can create an offer based on whatever size you are

Asset Base: We prefer businesses with a strong mix of assets on their balance sheet

Location: We are headquartered in Los Angeles, but open to cloud-based or Southwest & West Coast

Industry: Although we are primarily focused on: technology, services, manufacturing & distribution, we are open to looking at any industry and will change our industry focus from time to time

Control: We are looking to acquire at least 51% of the company but our intent is to purchase 100%

Management: We prefer businesses with an existing management team but are open to any structure

Revenue: looking for companies that have some form of recurring, predictable, or contractual revenue

Scalable: looking for deals that have a repeatable process, or an idea for one that is untapped

Who We Do It

Simple: we want to grow. To do that, our strategy is to scale by acquisition in the areas where we can add value to our existing businesses. We intend to purchase established companies, like yours, for their leads, revenue, technology, IP, customers and management team, all of which will be integrated into our existing operation.

By scaling this way, we intend to quickly grow our revenue, customer base, while consolidating our resources instead of waiting on growth of revenue to dictate it. Concurrently, we create new  infrastructure, intellectual property and operational value to serve a  larger customer base.

How We Acquire

  • We Build On Your Success. We believe in preserving and building upon the core of what makes a company special and investing in growth by building upon, rather than tearing down, the foundations that have made your business a proven success.

  •  We Champion Your Good People. Partnering with those on the current management team who  wish to  work with us and finding ways to empower all of the staff is fundamental to our approach.  We  want  to promote and provide opportunity to those who are in your inner circle and willing to  be a  part of  ours. We even make a point of offering key staff an equity stake.

  •  We Work With You And Your Team. We know that good partnerships are created when both parties (along with key management staff) are treated fairly and make a collective effort to collaborate. Why do business any other way? It's one of our core beliefs that everyone involved had a voice, was treated fairly and with integrity.

  • Once We Love It, We Close On It. After coming to a mutual agreement, and having done our due diligence, we can close quickly. Escrow can be as little as 45 days to 60 depending on the state of your financials and legal entity documentation. We pride ourselves on our quick nature especially for deals that other buyers just can't figure out.
