La Quinta was where Epic Enterprises, LLC (epic) first got its start and was a part of many single family developments. Beginning in 2003, epic was a part of either finding the land, strategizing the home to build, hiring the architect, entitling the project and developing the home to sell. Completing over 18 projects in a span of 5 years, epic became very familiar with what types of homes would sell in what types of areas and for what prices. From 1450 sf Santa Fe style homes to 3300 sf Mediterranean homes with attached casitas and custom pools and hidden grotto's, epic had its finger on the pulse of the market until the bubble burst in 2008, changing the course of the local housing market and epic's direction for years to come.
