Orangetheory Fitness was looking for its 2nd location with the same franchise owner and found its home at the street level of an established office tower in the heart of Glendale, CA at the busy corner of Brand Blvd and California. The 2,600 sf space, former restaurant space was adjacent to national chain BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, California Pizza Kitchen, Island's Restaurant, Olive Garden, Tender Greens, Chipoltle and in the same building as the national headquarters for LegalZoom.com and Age of Learning. Orangetheory Fitness took a street level retail space that allowed it to market to both pedestrians and traffic alike. The space was designed to hold up to 36 members at a time which members reserve equipment that they would be training on prior to working out. Orangetheory Fitness opened its doors on March of 2017 to great success.
