Epic, had a seller ask to take over the day to day operations in this 47 unit complex, made up of mostly 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with some 1 bedroom and to just allow them to become 1 bathroom and a few 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms as well, to become a silent partner and just earn a return 'in retirement' after years of management. After taking over management, Epic has spent the better part of the past 5 years bringing the property condition back up to be competitive in the leasing environment. Repairs included: painting, slurry coating, re-roofing, and fully remodeling many of the interiors. Now the project is performing well at 97% occupancy with a great onsite team that is doing a great job of keeping the pleasant community satisfied.
